On Friday, a 27-year-old young woman took him to Kalyani Hospital in an unwell condition. However, after the doctors declared the young man dead, she tried to escape by leaving the body behind. The police went to the hospital and arrested the woman.
According to the family of the deceased, Mofizul left home last Thursday on the pretext of going to work. He did not return home. The family members searched for him in various places. But Mofizul could not be found. Repeated attempts were made to contact him on his mobile phone. But Mofizul's phone was also switched off.
On Friday morning, they suddenly received news through the Kalyani hospital and the police that Mofizul had been taken to the hospital dead. The family alleged that Mofizul had been murdered. There were strangulation marks on his neck, they claim. However, the family could not clearly say whether the young man had any relationship with the woman.
